I am giving two stars to be nice. The actual work they was done correctly was good. That being said...ALWAYS get your quote in writing and get a copy of everything you sign. Our first quote we signed and have a copy. When we went to check on things because we had not heard anything car was not started and Sorry but we can't do it for that price. Ok so a new paper was signed for an agreed price. Sadly we did not keep a copy so when we picked up car oh wow it's now even more. We could not prove this so had to pay the hundreds more higher price. Get a copy of EVERYTHING!!! So sad. It used to be a good place we recommend. Not anymore.

I was T boned in a mild collision in October that damaged my rear door. My car was in their shop from November 5th to December 21st 2021. They called me and every Friday in December to tell me the car was ready, when I arrived to the shop to pay and pick up the car they proceeded to tell me there that the car was not ready. I made several trips before even getting my car back. When I finally was able to get my car (a 2012 Chevy equinox) it stalled out before even leaving the parking lot. Car was running fine the day I dropped it off. All that was wrong was the dent at the back from the wreck. When I picked it up it it could not run without cutting off every 10 feet. Had to pay $1300 out of my pocket to get the car running again, yet when I dropped it off was running fine. I would've saved lots of time and money by going to a more reliable shop.

Decided to let Carolina Collision do my repair work.They were the only one that gave me a written estimate.Got a fair price compared to 2 other shops that I got an estimate from. Appointment is scheduled; can't wait to drop it off.

My car was towed can't afford the enormous tow bill and they won't let me have personal belongings including some of my mothers ashes.
