Came into cricket store in Gaffney s.c. Yessi the manager helped me get a phone with no problems. She explained everything to where I could understand. I really appreciate associates that the time and patients to help a customer. I will highly recommend her to every one I that might need a cricket phone. Thank you so much Yessi

Nancy and Yessenia are great with customer service.They know what’s best for the customers not their pockets. I highly recommend to visit this store if you planning on switching to a better service. Network is great and the phones and promotions are too.

I paid my payment and then I added another 3 lines and in total I paid 150 and in the course of the night they suspended my service and they suspended my service and they are charging me 20 dollar more to restore the service .first investigate well before adding another line because later they want to charge money and don't go through this bad experience ...the next day

I have spent so much time trying to resolve an issue with a bad sim card. Spoke to Cricket Chat and Customer Service by phone twice. They were no help. However, today I went to the Cricket store in Gaffney. The manager was so helpful. He went above and beyond and spent several hours resolving the issue for me. That is amazing Customer Service. Thank you!
