“Lowes in Shelby could learn from Lowes in Gaffney.
Needed a sliding glass door, Joseph took my call and confirmed they had it in stock, had a young man bring it out to check out and they loaded it, and tied it down properly.
Made the 20 mile trip back home with no issues.
Never got this kind of service at Lowes Shelby.
Gaffney is excellent.”

“Manager Jeff was a great help when my Mom, Sister and I walked in looking for stuff for our dog. Wish I took pictures but the store looked amazing! We were visiting from out of town and stopped by to get our dog some things. One of the best Tractor Supply stores i’ve ever been to. Both Jeff and his staff made our visit pleasant and enjoyable!! I can’t recommend this location enough!!”
