I've dealt with liberty taxes in York sc over 7 years and attempted to deal with the one in gaffney but couldn't. Sarah Kinder is the most disrespectful person to deal with. She gavee, my mate and my best friend a hard time and in top of that she lied. Liberty in Gaffney Sc needs to have another management bc I know 6 people that says they will never go back to that particular person all because of this lady. Here's a screenshot of her cursing me out which I never cussed her not one time, then she blocks me before I could responding back to her negative messages.SCREENSHOT POSTED OF HER CURSING ME OUT WHEN I NEVER CURSED HER OR MEANT ANY HARM IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I had used the same company for over 20 years & they closed at the end of 2022. This was my first time at Liberty Tax & Sarah was super nice & informative. I don't think i could ask for better service. I plan to go see her again next year when it's time to get my taxes done.
