Austin was so welcoming and professional. I was sad to hear they were out of iPads he quickly convinced me to try another tablet brand. He assisted me with open conversation and as a Store Manager he phenomenal.

Wouldn't Recommend that Person Who herself Queen a job doing anything with the public. Told me she had to Only because I was a Metro PCS customer. This is after Charging me over 200.00 dollars for a phone that I didn't need, I just went back to get my old sim swapped, told her I would leave her a good review this time she cussed saying doesn't want a blank review from me. So when metro PCS, sends me a text I will be in contact with your supervisor. Your attitude needs adjusted and I feel you are young and need to respect everyone and quit acting like I had something to do with your incompetence

Best phone service I ever had the pleasure to experience. Even though my calls get dropped alo. & My husband & I thought it was because we had no signal. So, we went & spent over $ 200.00 to get better connection. Well, that was a waste of money. Because come to find out, they keep switching towers on us... So I just wondering ?...

Claudia is one of the most helpful employees. The store itself is good people are friendly and though the store is small don't underestimate it has good phones has good employees the whole package :) using my new phone it's the best! Highly recommend
