Crooked business. I canceled in person. Still got billed and ended up in an argument with a rep on the phone. Promised a refund. Never got the refund. It's not just me, There are many complaints about Modwas stealing from people after they have canceled. Not to mention, the wash was beating the paint off my car, which is why I canceled.
