“I unfortunately arrived exactly at 5:00 p.m. when the post office closes, and in fact they were locking the doors. Still one of the post office employees came to meet me to accept the package so that I wouldn't have to make a special trip again tomorrow. This is service above and beyond and very much appreciated.Thank You USPS Gaffney. Wow!”

“Traci, Kim, and Quintin are USPS rockstars! I had an issue where a package was marked as delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox. After opening a service request, Traci promptly called me with proof that it was scanned at my mailbox—super professional! Later, I ran into Kim (my amazing rural carrier), who hand-delivered my replacement package and even shared helpful insight about recent neighborhood issues that likely caused the original disappearance. Quintin (a city carrier I know from the YMCA’s kickboxing class) and the whole team at Blacksburg SC USPS go above and beyond. Their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication are unmatched. So grateful to have such outstanding service in our community!”
