I visited this beauty supply store today in search of my favorite ( and hard to find ) hair spritz B&B brand. I encountered the same helpful and kind sales lady that was here on my last visit. It was her first day on the job on my previous trip. She seemed much more relaxed and comfortable now. She was so good at assisting me! Unfortunately, they were out of what I wanted. Let me tell you what she did unsolicited. She recommended three different establishments in town that might have my precious B&B! That's Special! 99% of all sales people in my small hometown wouldn't have done that! I'd normally ding a retail store one star if they didn't have what I wanted! In this case I did not because the sales lady went out of her way to help me! She's definitely a rare find and a real asset to this place! Because of her natural sales talents; I intend to be a regular customer!

I was definitely exposed to microaggressions while in Sally's I was coming in there looking for a wig cap bc google said they had some and all the beauty supplies were closed. The woman looked dead at me after I asked her for wig caps and she said "no we don't have wigs caps or glue or the hair that you need here" WHEN DID I ASK FOR THE HAIR OR THE GLUE. it clearly says in the picture Sally beauty. Next time I'll just go to walmart

I’ve literally spent thousands in this store over the past year and all without knowing their return policy until a month or so ago. So when my son and I stopped in to return a few things I had been hanging onto for just that purpose, the manager decides to refuse the refund of the two most expensive items..... knowing who I was and how much I spent ( past tense NEVER AGAIN) in her store yet she went running to the back when she saw it was a return because she was probably planning to deny the return no matter what. Some people... and she was the one who told me they have a satisfaction guarantee policy and to start returning items I didn’t like! Why tell me to then say you can’t! So you can try and embarrass me like that!? Well your customer Service couldn’t be poorer and now that I’ve looked elsewhere your product inventory is severely lacking w while your prices Are way too high! Those so called sales only bring prices down to normal! Puh-lease!

Mikaela is amazing! They are so helpful and always so kind every time i come in. They saved my hair from breaking off and helped me save so much money with the credit card! When my elderly mother came in without me last week they ran out of an item she really needed. Mikaela was very sweet and patient and helped her order it online to be shipped to her. My mom is so happy now that she knows how to order her hairspray to her without having to leave the house. They have an issue with stock but thats not their fault it’s corporate lol. Best sally store ever!!!

Leaving review on experience a few years back. Employees refused to greet me or say anything while checking me out. I had someone with me and even they noticed something was off and asked what happened when we left the store. When out of view they snickered behind my back. I still don’t understand the experience or know that anything was done after reaching out to corporate. I’ve avoided this location since.

My experience at the Sally Beauty Store in Gaffney, SC was amazing! Camillia assisted me in finding the right coloring products for my hair. Her professionalism and knowledge of products and brand made my hair selection easier. I appreciated her honesty and candid conversation regarding the process of hair coloring. Thank you Sallys’ for having product expert assisting customer’s for all their hair care needs! Camillia is awesome!
