My son's truck was overheating due to a broken fan belt so he pulled off Hwy 85 at the Gaffney exit. Was stranded for hours waiting for AAA to show up. Decided to try to drive into town after finding the The Service Center of Gaffney online. It was late on a Sunday evening and to his surprise there was someone working in the shop. He explained the issue, and the gentleman not only took time to diagnose the problem, but drove my son to a local auto parts store to purchase a belt AND gave him a ride to a hotel. The next day, they repaired the truck – fixed several issues – and the price was very reasonable. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience! We really appreciate the top-notch service! You guys saved the day!

Traveling from Atlanta and heard my car make a loud air sound. I put this car repair shop in due to my shield popping out Mr. Travis helped me and am back on the road!!!This was a safe and helpful location!

So I recently went In To get my rotors replaced and engine looked at. They called me and said it was done 700$ spent. I come to pick up the car and low and behold they broke my door handle. So I ask them to replace it. They didn't charge me but after they fixed it a piece of my door was sitting in my passenger side. I was fed up with it then so I just took the car home and put it back in my self.

Absolutely top-notch, expert service. I was broken down mid-journey and was patched up in a day. Consistent and clear communication and entirely reasonable rates. An actual pleasure to do business with this outfit.

My daughter had a car issue while at school and needed immediate service. She was taken care of with courtesy and respect, and the work was done quick and affordable. It is a relief for a Dad to know that their daughter has a trustworthy service center to rely on, while away at school.

I was in a pinch between Atlanta Ga and Winston Salem Nc. My vans belt tensioner seized and broke my belt halfway through my trip. Had to stay in a motel then limped my van to them. They were very accommodating getting the parts as soon as they could and working me into their busy schedule. They even let me use a loaner truck so I didn't have to wait around the shop for 4 hours. As a mechanic myself I really appreciate what they did for me. It's hard to find people willing to help like they did. If I could give them ten stars I would! Great job guys.

Passing through town to New Jersey and both low beam headlights went out, had to stay in town til sun came up. Found these life savers in the morning. Within 15 mins I was up and running. Literally saved my life. We need more honest shops like this.
