I wanted to give a shout out. I don't know the name of the employee but I had a completely different experience from the Walgreens on E Main St Spartanburg. They were out of one of my Mom's medicine so they transferred the prescription over to Gaffney. When I called them the girl that answered the phone identified who she was, her position, and how could she help me. When I get them in Spartanburg it is always a terrible experience. I've been kept holding for 30 minutes when I have to call them. They had my Mom's medicine ready by the time I got there. You don't know how much I appreciated you. My mom's a hospice patient. I am given nothing but a hard time. I may just transfer all of her stuff here. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart

The staff is very friendly the store is clean...pharmacy is a little slow sometimes but overall good

My son is on life saving seizure medicine and they have canceled his medication three times in a row without informing me that they canceled it or why they canceled it. If anything happens to my son because of them i will be down there.

Won't answer the phones, sit in the drove through for 10 minutes before anyone even came to help us. They cancel your medicine without filling it, and refuse to fill it if they don't think you should on it. They're not doctors and they don't know my medical history. Mind your business.

Have had to wait for meds to be ordered several times.
Like the fact that they are 24 hours.
Drive through is a plus.
Like being able to talk to pharmacist if I have questions.
Automated phone system is hard to navigate.
Same questions a as ked repeatedly.

Walgreens is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with ,always run out of my medicine, charge to much for medicine, they really suck ass

I always have a great experience with all the associates at the Walgreens store in Gaffney on Floyd Baker Boulevard. The pharmacy folks are very kind generous and patient photo associates are great and so are the front register associates This is a great place to do my shopping as a senior citizen I appreciate their patience.

Went to deposit cash on my chime account and the lady at the register was very rude. She acted annoyed and rolled her eyes when I showed her the barcode the chime says she has to scan. It was very embarrassing for me. Accrued like it was a huge burden to do.

When I actually get to speak to the staff at Walgreen's Gaffney, I have no issues and they are always helpful. But lately, I think that I'm speaking with people who Walgreen's has remotely answering pharmacy calls. Although they can sometimes help, at times I need to speak to an actual person who works at my local pharmacy. Yesterday, I had a message on the app "Action needed. Call the pharmacy" regarding a prescription. The person I spoke to reassured me that she corrected the issue and that I could get my prescription this morning. That was not the case and I had to call again. This is a respiratory medication that I need urgently so I can't keep calling and HOPING that it gets corrected and filled.
