Went to deposit cash on my chime account and the lady at the register was very rude. She acted annoyed and rolled her eyes when I showed her the barcode the chime says she has to scan. It was very embarrassing for me. Accrued like it was a huge burden to do.

When I actually get to speak to the staff at Walgreen's Gaffney, I have no issues and they are always helpful. But lately, I think that I'm speaking with people who Walgreen's has remotely answering pharmacy calls. Although they can sometimes help, at times I need to speak to an actual person who works at my local pharmacy. Yesterday, I had a message on the app "Action needed. Call the pharmacy" regarding a prescription. The person I spoke to reassured me that she corrected the issue and that I could get my prescription this morning. That was not the case and I had to call again. This is a respiratory medication that I need urgently so I can't keep calling and HOPING that it gets corrected and filled.

I wood not advice taking a massive shit here as the toilet paper was to thin and the water kept splashing on my cute little ass cheeks. I would like an honest and sin apology from this establishment soon please.

Incompetent
3 times I tried to fill a prescription online and even got confirmation emails only to go to the pharmacy and be told they didnt have it ready or something else was wrong with the refill. I wised up and switched to walmart.

Went to pick up prescription, pharmacy lady was very rude and judgmental. Said “wow, that’s the most I’ve seen anyone pay for a prescription” little did she know my job reimburses me for it. So it didn’t actually come out of my pocket. As well as dirty looks. Especially when i had a great attitude from the start. I hate when people judge, not knowing the situation. What happened to customer service anymore? I work in it too, i get it can be challenging, usually only when the customer is rude first.. but that wasn’t the case here. Wish I remembered her name, couldn’t focus on that when someone has such a nasty demeanor.
