Would give 0 stars. The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Not managed well and have a "I don't give a shit about you attitude " this whole store needs to be wiped out. It's nothing but a big drama scene and high school groups creating drama. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STORE!

This pharmacy leaves me on hold then picks up the phone and hangs up on me without saying a word. This has happened more than once.

I was coming in from being out of town and thought I would check on my prescriptions that my doctor sent in. On your website it said that ambien would be ready in 5 minutes and the clonazapam was being filled. So I decided to go by and pick them up. I get to the lady at the register and ask if they had. My 2 prescriptions. She was extremely nice. She looked and said that I have one ready and then said she didn't see another one. I showed her what was on their web page. When I looked this time it said canceled call the pharmacy?? So while this nice lady was checking the prescriptions, the pharmacist looked at me and said "WE DON'T HAVE IT THAT'S ALL WE CAN DO" extremely rude! So I call my doctor and he said he definitely sent them and they should have both. I made the mistake of telling them that he definitely sent them in. Then what I thought was the rudest person in the world overheard me saying that and again turned to look at me put her hands on her hips and said "WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND WE DON'T HAVE IT!!" So I went to my doctors office and he gave me a copy of both prescriptions ON THE SAME PAGE AND WHAT TIME THEY WERE SENT AND WALLGREENS SHOWED THEY RECEIVED THEM. I'm furious by now and thought since I had proof and had the prescriptions in my hand I would finally be able to get my prescription. NOPE she wouldn't even look at what I had. SHE GETTING LOUD THIS TIME SAID "LOOK WE'RE DEALING WITH COMPUTERS AND THAT WITHOUT A NEW PRESCRIPTION SHE WASN'T GOING TO FILL ANY PRESCRIPTION" So first I knew she had gotten both because on the website again it said prescription being filled and later said canceled call the pharmacy.Then I didn't think about it but both were on the same page and that's what the copy. Again this was a short lady with glasses and a little heavy. I worked with dealing with the public for 38 years. The last 11 years I traveled over 4 states visiting stores but my focus was always on customer service and skills dealing with the customers. I did seminars somewhere in each area dealing with customer service skills. The customer is not always right but you have to make them feel like they are "if" you want to keep them as a customer. This woman has (0) zero customer skills. For her to be so arrogant without trying to really help me was probably the worst person I have ever seen dealing with a customer by far. I used to use wallgreens years ago but at that time I and dozens more left because of the time we had to wait in line to get our prescriptions. I knew things were bad because a pharmacist asked me to call the 800 number and complaine. So I started getting my prescriptions somewhere else. Then I came back to wallgreens 3 or 4 years ago and everything has been great. If the line starts getting long people come back to help. I'm not sure if this extremely rude person works there all the time because I have never seen her before. If so she will hurt your business if she's asked to help with anything. I don't know exactly who is getting this message but I hope it's someone who cares.

Even though I'm required by my Medicare part D plan to get my prescriptions at Walgreens in Gaffney,S.C. , I will say that I'm really impressed with the way this drug store is operated! There is no shortage of anything here! No bare shelves at all! I regret that I didn't look at the baby formula section; it didn't occur to me to do so as my daughter is grown ! I will go back to Walgreens tomorrow and check on the availability of baby formulas and post my findings here on Yelp! That's A Promise ! Again; I would like to think that other Walgreens in the upstate South Carolina region are operated as well as this one ! I really recommend this place ! --------- next day trip to Walgreens in Gaffney S.C. ---almost bare baby formula shelves! When I asked the lady in the pharmacy when they would get more formula; her reply was : I have no idea! Then she said no one knows! I understand the United States of America is having a supply chain crisis; but running out of baby formula makes me upset! Running out of paper towels is one thing; but not foreseeing a baby formula outage is totally unacceptable! Regardless of what political affiliation is responsible for this situation ; elected politicians need to be held accountable!

i opened a case with walgreens corporate in October, 2021 and was promised a reply within days... follow up calls and emails on the case with a promised resolution still outstanding. unfortunately, the location in question doesn't have a claimed yelp page. so will continue to leave reviews for all Walgreens until resolved. the claim file against: Walgreens Address: 3925 Peachtree Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319, United States until walgreens gets back to me with evidence otherwise, the location listed above engages in prescription mismanagement and improper record keeping. i've provide photos and documentation to the corporate claims department.... crickets!

Every poor service!!!! Called about my prescription and they said about an hour it will be ready. About two hours later I shown up, it wasn't ready and they said 15 minutes it will be ready. They call my name and I had to wait in line again. Very slow service and will transfer to another place.
