I was just in line and heard an employee say that they don’t get paid to answer phones. The rest laughed and agreed with her. They weren’t even focusing on the customers in front of them as they should. They were too busy talking about something that happened last weekend. Is the work pool that bad that you had to hire these people? I heard that phone ring for like 10 mins straight.

Why only two stars? It seems like a great location being inside of a Walmart Super Center; But is it? For starters, I shop at Walmart several times a week. I've seen this bank innumerable times! Seldom have I seen more than one customer and that was the case today! Secondly, with our Walmart being the home of rising prices; they aren't thinking about a bank after shopping! They are wondering how they can stretch their expensive groceries and make them last a week! And thirdly; the number of comments from the few people who use this bank are for the most part negative! In my world, few visible customers anywhere is the equivalent of bad business practices and should be avoided! I'm going to take my own advice and stay away from this bank!

The managers here are a joke because what manager leaves for a meeting and tells the tellers to not call, text, or email for stuff customers needs that only the manager can approve. Switching banks my next day off. Always got to wait 35mins to and hour just to get money from my own account.

Went there to cash a check and had to wait 25 minutes because they decided to leave the teller, who had only been there 2 days, by herself on the third of the month, while two other ladies were in the back room getting money for the ATM. Do better, not just for your customers but for your employees!

Employees lack knowledge over the skills they need to serve their consumers. They file paperwork incorrectly and do not fix their mistakes when after they have been asked multiple times.

Opens at 10 on Saturday Got there at 10:35 And still not open. Then I called at 11:10 and still no answer on the phone. Lousy service at the Gaffney Woodforest.

Worst bank ever! Who the hell puts a 7 day hold on a check? I mean I’ve heard three days but 7? This is the age of computers right? How long does a bank need to verify a check? This is ridiculous!
