I ordered food the night before and of course the store was closed so I couldn't call to let them know. I called them today to let them know what happened so they told me they could not replace the food for both orders but I paid my money and you guys took that with no problem.

My order was served on a tray that was disgustingly filthy. When I showed it to the manager, she turned to one of the high-school-age workers and said "You need to wipe these trays better." She did not address me at all. I have called corporate twice and been promised a call both times, but have heard nothing. Shows how much they care about their customers. Next step is DHEC. I will provide them with photographs.

When a customer have a bad experience, you should do what is needed to make sure they are satisfied. My salad was not measured out correctly. I didn’t even get full from it. When salad cost as much as it does there, I should be full afterwards. I usually am when it is fixed right. What should have happen today, with good customer service, management should have apologized and offered me another salad. I have pictures to prove it as well.

Every time I order the loaded cheese fries all they do is throw shredded cheese on top I ask for them to melt it like it’s advertised and all they do I guess is microwave it because the box was melting and the cheese still wasn’t melted. Happens every time I go.
