Yes they are busy but never too busy not to be polite and helpful. The staff has always gone the extra mile.

Used to be a wonderful Pharmacy; they lose the refill orders from the doctor office and then act like you are to blame and you get the doctor office to call in again (not my job!); too much going on there very disorganized, some employees unfriendly and rude with attitudes; not all though and you cannot get through on the phone as no one answers and have the inside they don't like answering the phone; my doctor office is very efficient; and I look like a fool calling them about a script not filled there because of Kroger pharmacy inefficiency; hire people who do a good job as there are a couple there yet...customer service has gone downhill; go somewhere else if you can! Will go to another place to comment too. Something needs to change soon.

The female pharmacist was loud and very very rude. There was at least three people behind me in line and the third person heard the entire conversation and everything that she said to me about my prescription. Not only did she stated to me that picking up a controlled substance prescription early was ILLEGAL!!!, because I did not have the original label with my name on the label because Kroger’s pharmacy put a label on my bottle that did not stay because it was folded in half in the first place, so the reason I was in there early was because I did not have any clue when I was supposed to fill it and the fact that I had medicine in my bottle and I thought it only was two left I wanted to make sure While I was in the area that they had the medicine in stock because that’s what they told me to do the previous month. The female pharmacist after saying that to me, shakes the prescription bottle that I handed her and again said you have medicine in here so that should tell you that it’s not ready to be picked up yet!!!!THANK YOU FOR THE ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL KNOWLEDGE I GOT TODAY AND YOU PROBABLY SHOULD NOT JUDGE PEOPLE BY THERE PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!!

Very Professional And They Always Have The Medicine In Stock That I Need When I Need It..Unlike CVS That Make You Wait Weeks To Fill What You Need.

I love how quickly they process your requests and send a text when your script is ready for pickup!

Rude, inefficient, and unknowable staff. Do you really want an idiot filling your Rx. If you do go to this Pharmacy. Is there not a test to work in a pharmacy? Lackadaisical and “so burdened”. Give me a break you cannot expect anyone to rate their jobs as cushy. They treat you like its the hardest thing on earth to work in AC and make change.

I have lived in walking distance to this Kroger for more than 21 years. The cleanliness, customer service, and stock has declined tremendously since Covid. I started driving 8 miles to a local Publix and had not been to Kroger in several months but decided to give them a try yesterday. I quickly remembered why I stopped shopping here. Advertised specials were out of stock. While more than 10 employees were walking around the store only 2 were at registers. It took more than 30 minutes to get checked out. The self checkout was so filthy it would not scan barcodes. The manager and employees simply don't care and continue to say "it's like this everywhere"But at Publix items are in stock, it is clean, employees are actually at the register and even bag my groceries offering to take them to my car. It is so worth the drive. I have no idea how Kroger in Garden City remains in business.

Worst Kroger I have been in. Smell smacks you in the face as you walk-in. Entrance area had an odd seafood smell. Manager was putting up the entrance closes at 9 pm sign at 758 pm. All the registers except self checkout were closed at 9pm with a lot of people shopping. While I checked out myself, the manager and a female employee stood by customer service having a chit chat. Not a fan of the manager on duty. If I want anything else from Kroger, I will drive to Carolina Forest. Will probably just stop at publix or Food Lion though. Really liked Kroger before we relocated to the south end. Terrible management and a very disorganized store that is not up to Kroger standards.

Quick stop for a few bits of food in the Sprinter van, this is a very large Kroger with a section that focuses on the proximity to the beach with beach toys and beach towels and such. I didn't need any of that, instead picking up a fresh bottle of cream for coffee and some sliced cheese for sandwiches. The store is in excellent condition though at 8:30am, I expect clean and stocked. Only one register open so I was at the self-checkout and on my way. And yes, Kroger acquired the Harris Teeter chain so I was able to use my VIC card and earn some credit towards Fuel Points. This store does have a Fuel Center.[Review 19399 overall - 973 in South Carolina - 369 of 2023.]

3.11.23This is our go to grocery store when we go to our family's beach rental every summer and for special occasions. Unlike most general retailers, they have a section for wine and beer, which is convenient. I purchased a 24 case of Miller Lite and it was on sale for a discount of 3.50. They also have a nice bakery and pharmacy. Their deli meats are good. We purchased some nice flowers for my MIL's birthday and a vase which was sold separately. Very convenient that they put thought into making this a one-stop shop.

The pharmacy staff is efficient and friendly, and helpful. The pharmacists used to be the same, but in the last couple of years the turnover has resulted in a deterioration of service. One pharmacist actually argued with me in October when I returned a prescrip refill that was filled incorrectly with (1) the wrong quantity, (2) paperwork that didn't match what was in the bottle, which was the wrong medication, and (3) an incorrect cost. It turned out to be the pharmacy's error, but was never explained to me. In November, I was again charged incorrectly, and the pharmacist wouldn't even talk to me. I've since switched to WalMart pharmacy.
