“I have been using Pine Ridge Pharmacy now for several years, my review is long overdue-I just went to the drive through where surprisingly there were 3(which there is hardly ever that many) people in front of me, the young lady came out in the ugly cold before I got to the window to ask my name so she could have it ready by the time I got to the window! Absolutely unheard of from the chain pharmacy’s! I can’t say enough about their staff and their customer service! I always get a text from them on my birthday, and have even received a “Happy Birthday” personally when I went inside on my birthday on a few occasions! They are always willing to listen and work with you on any unique issues that can arise with medicine, extremely prompt, and an overall positive experience every time. A breath of fresh air in comparison to the lousy, forced, aggravating, corporate junk that the chain pharmacy’s provide, thank you so much Pine Ridge Pharmacy!!”

It can be a tedious and difficult process to manage care without prescription coverage. The pharmacist (Tyler, I believe, sorry if I’m wrong), and EVERY pharmacy technician has gone above and beyond to answer questions, double, and triple options for us as we look for suitable, cost-effective options. “Some stores have a limit on items on sale, but Walgreens if they are stocked will let you get over the limit and that's great on them because some of the items are much needed and cheaper and have a great deals and prices ?”

I want to sincerely thank Brittney, the pharmacist who helped us during a very stressful moment for our family. My son was diagnosed with pyelonephritis and getting his antibiotic on time was extremely important. When we encountered an issue where my son's name could not be found in the system, Brittney did not dismiss the problem or rush us along.
Instead, she took the time to listen carefully, investigate the situation, and work through the issue until it was resolved. She was patient, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my son could receive the medication he needed.
As a worried mom, my anxiety was very high, but Brittney's compassion and dedication immediately reassured me. She made us feel heard and cared for, and it reminded me that genuine compassion in healthcare still exists.

That's all great but the amount of money I save with CVS coupons, and rewards cash coupled with sales is fantastic!
Personnel are cordial and typically expedient to retrieve my order.
