“Great place for delivery! I had a 650 mile run got it there same day went to check in at door 43 and they where extremely nice. They did ask me to roll out the roller cars which is not hard and I helped scan stuff on the way out the trailer. I was EXTREMELY TIRED I asked if I could park and get some rest they allowed me by the fence. But I can’t say for sure if they allow this all the time. They just knew I had to push to get there the same day and I looked dead I guess haha. Very nice place clean. Thanks guys! Hope to be back! What a pleasure. Got unloaded under a hour. (Had half a trailer)”
“I had made an appointment today at 9:30 for a passport update/error I was dealing with, and I showed up pretty really and was immediately helped. I believe her name was TY, I told her my awful situation I was dealing with the passport services and what was going on and she was beyond helpful. She helped me get the right documents and let me know they have been seeing some issues and went above and beyond to help me. She didn’t have to all that she did but she did, and you could tell she was happy to do so. There was another gentleman working there who was trying to help also and gave me some great advice to get things done faster. It wasn’t just only there generosity that made the experience but also how they knew there customers and it felt kinda homie. I know I know crazy to say but it’s a smaller town and it has such wonderful vibes. I would drive another 40 minutes to come here for postal needs based off my experience today. Thank you so much for all the help, you both made the experience!”

She kept me updated on my package and gave excellent customer service. Adria contacted the Columbia center and delivered my package the day she received it from them.
