I’ve been coming here for the past few years, & will always recommend Mrs. Deeann. I’ve never been good at understanding taxes, & probably ask the same questions every year but she always takes the time to explain any questions I have and do whatever is in my best interest.

I have been getting excellent service for 5+ years on my tax preparation. I have no stress when it comes around to tax time. Now in addition to taxes, when it came to starting my buisness, I had no idea which way to go. From idea to getting started. Down to the way documentation and records are kept. This is a very professional and efficient tax service. They have prepared my returns for the past 5 years. This year I forgot to file an extension for a LLC only to find out that Darlene at ProTax had filed the extension. I have no idea what Mr. Lambert's problem was with this business but I don't think all the relevant details were posted. It is really sad that people who are striving to have a successful business in the midst of a Pandemic and economic turmoil could be damaged by what appears to be a story that is "half baked" at best. Try ProTax and you will be very happy that you did.

I have been going here for about 5 years and it is always a pleasant surprise. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Deeann and her entire staff. She works extremely hard to get you every possible break and even goes the extra mile to accommodate your schedule. I feel at home as soon as I walk in the door. The first time I went to her i had not even filed taxes the previous year and thought i owed about $3000 but instead I got a refund of more than $2000! She even helped me to unravel the yearly Fasfa puzzle for my kids in college in a matter of minutes with a printout of all the pertinent information and turned that yearly headache into a quick and easy fill in the blank task. It turns out I had been doing it wrong in the previous years and my children definitely benefited from her help. And to top it all off her fee is incredible. I am far from wealthy but I actually feel a bit guilty when I leave there knowing she was able to get me such an awesome refund for such a small price. I urge everyone to give this lady your business and to tip her as well. Not because she ask for it, she certainly does not, but because she is that amazing. I know that every persons tax situation is different but I feel confident in saying that she will get you the best outcome possible. I used to absolutely hate tax season but now i look forward to it! My sincere thanks to the entire team.

She is a good honest small business owner. Very professional. She told us about the fast return application and how it worked. Though we didn't get approved for it because of the bank not approving it, we will still be getting our return back in a decent time. I will be recommending her business to everyone I know.
