Adria M. Geiger is the best. She helped track down my package after the Columbia processing center accidentally sent it to New York and was delayed by a week. She kept me updated on my package and gave excellent customer service. Adria contacted the Columbia center and delivered my package the day she received it from them. I greatly appreciate all the help ♥️

This post office has gone downhill since Amelia & Kim retired/left, I truly missed them. First off, I'm a retired usps employee so I hate to leave bad reviews because I had a good career but I'm honest so I'm leaving one. A package was marked as delivered in my mailbox on 9/4/2025, yet no package was in my mailbox, so I called at 920am 9/5/2025 an spoke a young lady to express my concern, so she said give me a minute to pull it up on my computer then we got disconnected so I called back only to be connected to a voicemail. I took a 4 mile ride to the post office the same day only to be told my package had a duplicate label so they sent it to some other address or back to the sender. Someone is definitely committing fraud because the scan/tracking shouldn't state it was delivered in my mailbox because it wasn't. I will not stop until my issue is resolved and I receive my package or refund. These new employees definitely need more training asap because the entire postal service is becoming a failure. I always fought against privatization because I was an employee, my daughter and other family members still are but unfortunately it may come to that if they don't step up their game. Im hoping this review will help improve the postal service and make them aware of their failures. Again, I will continue to pursue my missing package issue until its resolved because I personally feel that mail theft is why I haven't received my package. Why mark as delivered when it wasn't, thats a blatant lie.

I absolutely hate this post office I've never known an office that hold you packages. Instead of bringing them to my home whatever package I have that CAN NOT fit in the mailbox they ride around with your items and take it back to the office which is just plain on senseless and lazy just doesn't make any sense at all if I could give a -0 I would

I don't know how stupid they can get! They are now putting packages on the hood of my truck. Who is going to pay to repair my hood and the paint job?? Happened 7/26/2025 at 1:43 pm. I got you on camera you know who you are. At what point do we become so stupid and lazy to put the package on the porch and decide oh lets put it on the hood of someone's vehicle?

They were supposed to deliver something that needed to be signed for. I was at home waiting with my kids and they just put a piece of paper in the mailbox saying no one was home instead. Do your job and take it to the door.

My order was supposed to be delivered today my order was ship to Gaston post office then ship to Neeses. I don’t stay anywhere near Nesses. The mail I did receive was sent to me May 25 how am I just getting it?

They have terrible customer service, the worst I have ever seen, and the person who helped me was very racist and by the way, they don't even have my package even though when I check the tracking number online it says that they have it.

Negative stars if possible. Can’t deliver ANYTHING on time!! Incapable drivers, lazy as hell staff at the location. Makes Amazon look bad, and everybody else too. Use anybody else if possible!

Gaston Post office has lost 30 tax notices.I have a 25 year old mailbox and P.O. Boxso there’s no excuse.They are all disrespectful and rude.It Used to be a really good post office. Not sure what happened. Now they have a sign on the door you can’t even go to your PO Box after 6 PM. Looks to me like it’s going under unless they change the personnel.I have a video of the rudeness.
