I went in to purchase a new phone. I was greeted by a young lady who informed me that she was new to the job and I informed her that was not a problem because everyone was new to the job at sometime. After several minutes of looking at phones, she directed me toward the other woman in the store. ( There were no other customers or employees in the store at the time of my visit.) I informed the second employee that I did not intend to trade in my phone and she asked, "Why?". I said, "Because I don't want to." She said, "Well I don't know why you wouldn't want to trade in your phone." Again, I said, "Because I don't want to." She said, "Well if you will just let me finish telling you what I am trying to tell you...". I cut her off and wished them both a good day and left the store. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right?". I went to the AT&T store at Pawleys Island and walked out 30 minutes later with a new phone and accessories. I have been an AT&T customer for over 35 years and have never been treated with such disrespect.

Me and one of my friends just moved out at 17&18 to a house where AT&T service is the only thing available we decided to get an AT&T hotspot for wifi and while we were in the store the service rep explained and done all she could do to help us learn the experience and get us the best deal while also switching our phones to get those bills cheaper also Jalisa will be who I ask for when going in there from now on!!

The associates could be a little more pleasant. And I went in to pay my bill. I was met right in front of the door, where they continued to take my payment, right in front of other customers entering the store. I didn't like that at all

I've been to this store multiple times. They are not upfront or consistent with their pricing. When I asked why I was quoted two different prices the employee immediately threw their coworker under the bus and told me that person is new and dont know enough about the prices. They also wanted me to upgrade to a 5g device when there isn't any 5g network in my area, and they didn't bother to check. They also told me they would call me when my devices arrived, but they didn't. Luckily, I got an automated email notifying me of the arrival.

Even though they did not have the items in stock . They ordered the items and we should be hearing from them soon. They were very professional and helpful in choosing a phone and tablet for my wife. They even set up my account with 1st net as a 1st responder. Thank you to all that helped and for making it a pleasant visit..

Excellent customer serviceI was paying way to much for Verizon and having to go to AT&T just to get apple product accessories because Verizon doesn’t carry them (smh) AT&T just asked me about what I was getting at Verizon and how much I could save with them so I finally made the decision to do it and they was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything no complaints at all
