Ownership is horrific at this trash place. Mark and Renee Hensley are the most unethical people imaginable and allowed their employee, Chase Reed to cheat on her husband in the Badcock parking lot. Mark told Chase's husband and father of her 3 children that "she can do what she wants" and that his kids no longer belong to him, while Renee Hensley just laughed and made gestures, a long with additional rude and sarcastic comments. Ownership of a business should not be involved in a personal matter on this level, it is very unethical and Mark and Renee Hensley are terrible people for the way they handled this. They give Badcock Furniture and Murrell's Inlet a very bad name. Know what they did and know what kind of people Mark and Renee Hensley are and never purchase anything from Badcock Home Furniture & More of Murrell's Inlet or Badcock Home Furniture & More of Georgetown. Mr Mark was very nasty with my brother he wanted him to quit after using him for the holidaysBut since my brother didn’t quit he fired him and we have the recording of how he spoke to my brother he let my brother drove from lakecity 3times and sent him back home waste of time money and gasAnd they prices are insane I will posted video and text messages soon

Please review your interest and fees when financing. You’re being charged a fee every month on top of your minimum payment. Also be sure to look at your bill and see if you’re being charged an insurance fee. Apparently I was and never knew about it because I did automatic drafts and e-statements. When I called and asked about it, I was told that “people usually see it on the bill and call and have the insurance fee taken off”. However, IT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN BUYING THE FURNITURE. The customer service rep when calling the 1(877) number was VERY RUDE.

I went onto the store to make a quick purchase . The sales person was very helpful and I was in and out of the store in about a half hour including getting loaded . The guys loading were very good also. Soon I was on my way to Columbia with my lazy boy purchase in my Honda HRV.

Purchased two recliners and a dresser last week and was told I would receive a call to set up delivery for this Saturday … never received a call but kept getting spam calls all day so kept rejecting them … not one call was from Georgetown … then today Shoni (sales person I bought from) showed up at my work (on her lunch break) to inform me they keep calling and can’t reach me … she went above and beyond to ensure I would get my delivery (again on her lunch break) ,., if that’s not amazing customer service then I don’t know what is … they can’t set the appointment time without verbal authorization and come to find out the call route through a Charleston exchange and I kept rejecting the calls … anyhow I’m impressed !!!!!!!

We enjoyed shopping at the North Augusta Badcock..The store manager was professional and customer friendly..She answered all our questions clearly and went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied..She is a true asset to the store..Thank you.
