Belk as a company has changed so much. Policies and service are not geared to shoppers Exchanging something as simple as a size becomes a big long drawn out ordeal. Not impressed.

I ordered a pair of slippers at the Georgetown Belk via online. I came to pick them up on Wednesday, Oct 30, 2024 around 2 pm.
This store is super clean and orderly. I walked in to pick up an online order. As soon as I approached the counter, the manager greeted me so friendly and helpful. I walked around the store and found an item in the men’s department that had no tag on it. The manager was quick to help and so kind to the sales associate in showing her how to obtain the sku number.
I hope the owners realize what a gem this young lady manager is. What an asset to the Georgetown Belk ( I came from Mt. Pleasant area).

Clothes racks so close together you couldn't walk through, never mind a shopping cart . Clothes packed so tight you couldn't move them. Not my kind of store.

All of the customer service reps are generally really really nice and helpful, however do not go in after work if you work in a industry that's going to leave you looking a little rough, I've had customer service reps, well one rep in particular, completely ignore me like I was beneath her, entirely unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spend there.
