I would never use Coastal Transfer again. The owner was very rude and threatened my handy man that picked up a couple of tables for me. He was mad that I didnt' use him to deliver the tables. It was my understanding when I first used them that they would receive only if I didn't need or want their delivery service. I had used this business previously and they were VERY expensive and when I questioned the charges, I was told I had a credit on my account. I was also was told I would not be charged for the receipt of these last two items. The so called credit was never mentioned to me until I questioned the bill.

Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin to sing the praises of this company? They are absolutely the most customer-friendly moving company ever. We have watched them build crates to exact specifications and pack our family for an overseas move with such incredible care. We have also engaged them for a stateside move and seen the exact same attention to detail that was given to our overseas move. Most recently, we have rejoiced when a cancellation in a packed schedule resulted in a personal phone call from Tim Lee, one of the owners of Coastal Transfer and Storage, offering the date to us for the move of my 82 year-old, widowed Mama who needed to move from her home of 52 years. I am absolutely certain that this move will be handled with the same personal courtesy and professionalism as both of our other moves!

It's a problem when it's time for these people to give you your money that they have to give to you I'm highly upset due to the fact I paid on time never gave them any issues
