Excellent customer service! I went through the drive through this evening to pick up a prescription, and noticed the price had changed. Felicia did some digging to find out why the price changed, and got it down to the normal cost for me. Very appreciate of her help!

It can get pretty busy here. I don't like that you cannot reach the pharmacist directly any more, but that is a CVS thing and not just this store. They always call me back if I request it. I just wish the location was easier to get in and out of. Just a busy area.

They have days we're its busy and can seem they don't care but they do and when they get to you it is always done right. They also help prevent addiction and care for your mental state when getting medicine .

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to and has been that way for years. I keep trying to give them another chance but it never improves. The employees, especially a female pharmacist I dealt with this weekend, are aloof and absolutely uninterested in helping customers. The staff will see you at the counter and completely ignore you. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is impossible and when they do, they will put you on hold indefinitely. I have now transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will never walk into this location again. I would drive the 20 mile round trip to Pawley’s before I would give this location my business again.

You may die before you get your prescription. Desperately needed tamiflu, 4 hours after they received my prescription, NO PRESCRIPTION now they are closed.

The pharmacy has one of the rudest ladies I've ever talked to. Tried to get her name and hung up on me. Hopefully the manager reads this. Phone call took place 1-3-25 hope it was recorded.

I was on hold for a total of 40 minutes. The lady working was ZERO help. She put the phone down on the counter and let me sit for another 10 minutes. I hung up to call back, CVS was closed. Horrible customer service.

This place is horrible about answering the phone! I've been on hold for over 30 minutes and still no person has picked it up! I give 0 stars! They need some kind of supervision about phone calls. Sometimes you can't wait on the phone for an hour with no one ever picking up!!!! Ridiculous!
