IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I HAVE A ONE YEAR OLD AND THEY DONT HAVE HOT WATER IVE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND INSTEAD OF FIXING THE ISSUE THEY ARE GONNA TRY TO CHARGE MY CARD EXTRA!!!!THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS RUDE CALLED ME NAMES WHEN ALL I ASKED FOR WAS SHEETS HAVE THE RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT NOT WORTH $500 A WEEK!!!

Bathroom wasn’t working 3 days now nothing is being done on top of that the rooms don’t be clean at all if I had a choice I really wouldn’t be here simple as that roaches everywhere no coffee pot or nothing just a room they really need to inspect the property

They charged my wife's card twice so yeah we ended up paying twice and there is no corporate office you have to email them. So that means if they charge you twice and use the rest of your money you had on the card but don't worry you can just email them and wait a month on the money they still have not replaced or responded. and no you didn't replace my hundred and something dollars. booking.com charged me and you charged me for one night and don't say you replaced it like you did in my last review because you don't know who's name the room was under so I appreciate you lying saying you gave me my 25 dollar deposit back but uh you owe me way more than that you owe me like a hundred and thirty. So let see what you say next.

John the reservations guy didn't feel like taking a call. I got hello how are you and he hung up. I asked for availability the next call and click. The third time I got the reservations from India that couldn't speak English. Please stay away from John

This hotel is nasty. For the same price you can get a room in Nashville with breakfast running water with pressure clean room with out bugs and a tv that isn’t from the 80’s. Drive down the street and spend the extra money. Disgusting place

The absolute most run down disgusting slum hotel I've ever seen
I got a room and could hear the trap house neighbors next door. There's holes in the walls. Beds are nasty. The bathroom was absolutely horrific, grimy walls, crusty toilets. I used their rag to wipe months off scum off the toilet and then walked out.
The front desk lady was nice and cooperative and assured me id be refunded. Called this morning and the owner is refusing my refund, even though I was there for less than an hour.
This place should be demolished, what a shame of a business. You couldn't pay me to stay there.

If there was a no star would be a better option. THIS HOTEL NEED TO BE A QUARANTINE ZONE. Guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us a refund but other than that DO NOT GO HERE

Room was sub par with dead bugs in corners. Dirty looking shower. The non smoking room smelled like it was a smoking room. Would not recommend and will not be back

When I first arrived, I went into the office and absolutely no one was there so I had to wait at least 10-15 minutes until a employee finally showed up, got trapped in and went into the room to use the bathroom and the bathtub was completely filled with mold. Bugs galore in the room as well, so many gnats and other disgusting flying things.

It was a horrible experience. the room smelled like weed and mold, and i was bitten by BED-BUGS so therefore they have bedbugs. dont waste your money here.
