Worst internet company ever. I pay almost $200 a month for internet and phone beautiful there is no outher internet company where we live. And every month the internet and phone go out for 3 to 14 day a month. Never go with frontier

Great customer service when you are a new customer but very unreasonable when you move and they do not provide service on your new address. Stay away.

Been without internet service for 24 hours. Was told I would be back with service, but guess what 24 hours later, No Go! Called and was told I shouldn't have been told that, maybe tomorrow. Wonder if they will explain to creditors why I couldn't process payments!
