Ken Bonds helped me with my phone in the store today. Very nice and professional. He made me feel at home and knew exactly what to say and how to help. Really changed my mind on the Georgetown Spectrum. WOW a breathe of fresh air!!! Please keep him around!!!!!!!! Can't say enough on how he is good!!!!!
