“After having numerous phone calls to T Mobile regarding upgrading my phone, I decided on a Google pixel 7a. I ordered it in the mail. When it came there wasn't a way to charge my new phone, no instructions or a return shipping label for my old phone. The T Mobile customer service was clueless how to help me and suggested that maybe I order a charger for another $79.00. We went to the local T Mobile and spoke with Tim.
