“I can’t believe how much help I received from Luke at Verizon in Georgetown SC today. I went to Apple Store in Charleston for help and was told to call technician support and they would talk me through it. I went back to Verizon and Luke fixed my problem in two minutes. They pGreat job!!!”
“Just thought I'd let people know that my Georgetown, SC AT&T are excellent. Been with AT&T 17 yrs & very seldom go to store been yrs. But, as usual I needed help with a printout label that was on my phone EBAY hadn't included a QR Code and AT&T rep Tyrika was extremely polite, professional and truly went out of her way along with the other rep to get the issue straighten out and even was great to print it since I'd had to help at USPS or with EBAY Agent. Thanks to their manager who hires excellent staff.

“I meant to make this review 2 weeks ago when I was in on Halloween. My LCD on my screen went out. I could only see about 1/4 of my screen. I had the most helpful guy who figured out how to press the keys on the screen, without being able to see them, in order to get my stuff transferred to my new phone. I don't 100% recall his name, but I think it's Adam. Anyway, he was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks again.”
