South Carolina Federal Credit Union has not disappointed.My wife was first to open an account a few months back. She raved about how friendly everyone was at our local branch off of route 17 in the Publix grocery mall so when I decided I needed to open a new account, I went right to SCFCU and am so glad I did.I walked in and the ladies there were so warm and friendly, which my wife had been raving about. They informed me that the two people who opened accounts were both busy but would be with me shortly. Within a few minutes Marie came out and introduced herself.She couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. We had a nice conversation while she explained to me about their offerings regarding checking and savings accounts. I opened both. Upon conclusion of our meeting she asked me if she could answer any other questions to which I asked about used car loan rates as a new used car is in our near future. I was quite impressed with their rates.Shortly after I left, I received a call from Marie that there was an unexpected problem with the account that I had chosen. She explained to me what the story was and took care of it. Again, she couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.In conclusion, I look forward to a long relationship with SCFCU as everyone I've had contact with has been great, especially Marie.”
