Quality Inn & Suites offers a convenient location close to Pawleys Island, historic downtown Georgetown, and scenic marsh areas, making it a good base for exploring the area. The hotel features renovated and clean rooms, with beds and pillows noted as very comfortable, providing a cozy stay. However, some rooms may have bugs, though others have reported their rooms as clean and recently renovated. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere despite some service shortcomings. Guests appreciated the friendly people in Georgetown and the nearby wildlife, including raccoons that sometimes visit. The hotel has some issues with cleanliness and setup; floors in rooms were sometimes dirty, turning socks black, and the floors during events were also unclean with old food scraps, which caused delays. The breakfast options were limited, with broken coffee machines and only cereal and waffles available. Some guests experienced a recent change in policies, such as a new $100 deposit, which was not previously required. During events, staff appeared overwhelmed, and guests often had to help with setup and cleanup. Despite these concerns, overall, the hotel provides a decent stay with friendly service, especially suited for those looking to discover the local area or spend time near nature.
For the price I expected a little nicer than this they are under construction for the pool, but the rooms could have been cleaned better we had an ants all over the room.

Staff is great !! Rooms could use a little TLC but Beds are very comfortable. New management requires a $100 deposit which they've never required before.
