Speedway is known for its friendly staff and acts of kindness, as demonstrated when employees helped a lost grandma by buying her lunch. The store serves as a convenient stop for travelers between Myrtle Beach and Charleston, offering clean facilities, a Subway on-site, and a variety of food items. Customers appreciate the store's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the employees, although some have noted that age-restricted purchases require identification. However, the parking situation presents challenges for truck drivers, with many spots occupied by dropped trailers, leaving limited space for OTR drivers. The store has decent prices, but fuel costs are higher compared to nearby towns. While the showers are available for use, they have been criticized for lack of temperature control and ventilation, and customers have noted the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, Speedway is a good place for quick stops, especially at late hours, but it may not be ideal for longer stays due to parking and shower issues.
I drove up , inserted my credit card 💳 in the gas pump ⛽ , filled up , and drove off satisfied .

The cashiers in there going above and beyond. A sweet grandma lost her money in the store and the girls bought her lunch . I almost cried seeing the random act of kindness. God bless the girls at speedway ! :)

I don't think this is a Speedway anymore, but dropped trailers shouldn't be allowed. Almost all truck parking is filled with dropped trailers. Where are the OTR drivers supposed to park?
