Went in to T mobile in Georgetown to purchase two iPhones this afternoon and the employee had a terrible attitude towards us. Called us "you people". We are white, seniors over 60 and my husband is a veteran. My husband just wanted to ask some questions and the man had an attitude from the minute we walked into the store. He was very rude to us and when my husband said let just leave the man start yelling at us "say it to my face!". My husband walked out of the store and I was following to the car. The man came out of the store yelling at us and started coming at my husband. My husband told me to get in the car and told the man to leave us alone, we just wanted to leave. I have never been so scared and I thought the man was going to attack my husband, We got in the car and left. We have lived in Georgetown many years and have never had this kind of treatment. T-Mobile needs to watch who they hire.

This is a great store. Friendly helpful staff that persevered to do a complicated return for some devices purchased through Costco. Donna Pope and Layla B. (Suela) did a great job!

Amazing store. Ask for Amanda but they are probably all superstars. We lost our phone, bought another one on line, hail broken, and Amanda spent two hours getting us up and running again. As we had a cross country flight the next day for a medically fragile sister in law who definitely needed a phone for the trip, Amanda's hard work prevented much anxiety. And let's face it, for those who are unaware, there is no more daunting task than transferring data from one iPhone to another.

I switched to T-Mobile based on a false claim that they would be adding Band 71 (600 MHz) coverage in the Georgetown area last year. Still nothing. Coverage out in Plantersville is nearly useless. Verizon offers much better coverage until Band 71 actually arrives.
