Not sure where the regular employees are, but the ones tonight let me know that my family of 4 and myself (that spend a lot here on a regular basis) need to not stop here anymore.

Just got home from a very unpleasant visit at this gas station. 2 attendants working behind counter incorrectly processed my PowerBall with power play tickets. I gave the first attendant my 3 power ball lottery entries, clearly filled out, and she came back and said that it would be 60.00. I said no it was only 45.00. She called over the second attendant and said that she ran the tickets and that the tickets came out to 60.00. The second attendant said that all she did was run the tickets and 60.00 was the cost. I showed her my tickets and how they were marked only for power play and that double play was not marked at all. The second attendant said that she had worked at these gas stations for 2 years and that she knows how the machine works and that I was wrong and that my attitude and tone were outrageous. I have attached photo of lottery tickets for your review.Well I have never been treated so badly. I shopped here a lot but never again.

Normally I would have a better rating. The store closes at 11 pm tonight. I went in at 11:30pm and 11:38pm and the lady working was mopping way early. She had seen lottery tickets in my hand and called out to me saying lottery is closed. She would rather mop the floors an hour and a half early and run Off customers so she can go home early. I had to go across the street to purchase my $60 of lotto. I have been shopping at this PittStop for years. You would think selling to the customer would be important.

The cashiers and assistant working on 5/24/19 (7:00 AM) deliberately refused to let me use my card swipe when my chip reader did not work three time in a row. The balding would-be-thief the demanded me to hand over my debit card as to "wipe off the chip" despite me already telling him that it had been malfunctioning for nearly a year and also wiping off the chip several times right in front of him. He insisted again just to "wipe off the chip" I said no because as the card had already been ran through the chip reader 4 times it should have let me just swipe the card LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE IN EXISTANCE RIGHT NOW. Instead he leans back folds his arms and states that it is SHELL STATION protocol (not his) to not run swipe on chip reader cards (even if the chip is malfunctioning and has clearly been ran four times). All the while my already low blood glucose (I'm type 2 diabetic) a type level is still dropping and all I'm trying to buy is a coffee drink, soda and breakfast croissant. This behavior is unacceptable from any employee. I will be contacting a lawyer to ascertain if I can press charges for having my live needlessly put my life in danger.

Horrible, everytime I come half the pumps are broken. Today the touch screen wasn't working. Tried to call the attendant, she ignored me. Went inside and paid and told her it wasn't working, I got a blank stare. Finally went to pump my gas, the pump kept stopping. Took me 20 minutes to put gas in my truck. I wont be back, I'll go to Town and Country across the street.
