Customers have generally had positive experiences at their local USPS locations. The post office at 401 Broad St is described as the "best post office," with friendly and helpful staff who assisted an elderly customer with no problems. Customers have praised the kind, patient, and informative service they received, even right before closing. One customer, Miss Mary, went above and beyond to ensure a package was mailed cost-effectively and safely. Since the current Postmaster took over, the customer service and efficiency at this location have been praised as "wonderful" and a "blessing to our business." Customers acknowledge that USPS employees work hard for their community and encourage others to appreciate their mail carriers.
