There's no way in heck I would recommend anybody go to AAA Transmission on Red Bank Road because all they do is lie and come off of every excuse in the book that they can think of and they had had my truck at their shop for over a month and they have yet to do anything by working on my transmission to get it rebuilt and I have spoke to other transmission shops and they all said it does not take a month to rebuild a transmission all the other transmission shops told me it would take 2 to 3 days maybe one week Max to rebuild a transmission so that's why I do not recommend anybody go to AAA transmission and not on that they do not to be deserve to have the star rating that they have now they don't deserve to have no star rating and since they're a business this and report it to the Better Business Bureau and they also have the nerve to call the lawyer's office that I spoke to and tell them that I can come pick my truck up and that they're not going to refund me the $2,500 that that I was told that is how much they would charge me to rebuild my transmission and now I just got told they were just tore my transmission apart and not already start building rebuilding it and now I will be taking this company to court with a lawsuit because I also found out they cut my exhaust

Dropped my vehicle off in January and had to eventually contact the state consumer affairs department to get my car repaired 8 months later. 0 communication from the owner and nothing but excuses when we reached out for updates. My car is now starting to have other issues from sitting for the length of time it did and naturally I can't go back on the business to correct the issues. Its unfortunate how downhill this business has gone, I had several good dealings with them over the years.

Poor communication, unreasonable length of time for repairs. Trucks been in his shop for over a month on a quoted 1 week repair. Do not take your vehicle here. If you do, don't expect your issue to be resolved in a professional time frame.

Lied to several times about when the transmission would be fixed on my son's truck had to get a lawyer and have the truck towed to another transmission shop now trying to get the money that AAA transmission owes for not doing the work

100% DO NOT RECCOMEND. Would give zero stars of i could. Car has been there for almost 9 months. There has been little to no communication and when confronted about the issues at hand he told us he basically has too much work and cant keep up with it and doesn't have time to contact any of his customers. May have been a good shop at some point but now completely lacks professionalism and customer care. Instead of just telling us he could not do the work i have been without a car since January and have been given excuse after excuse. There is much more I could tell you to advise against using this shop but I don't have the time.

I didn't want to leave a review until enough time had passed. They rebuilt a transmission for me 3 years ago for a reasonable price and did a great job. It did take a couple return visits to fix some minor things, but they made it right! I would definitely use them again on my 2003 Toyota Rav4.Service: Transmission

I want to start off my saying I am writing this review a few months after my time at AAA.Starting from the beginning; I took my 2006 BMW 650i into the shop because its clutch had gone out and after calling around AAA seemed like the best for timeliness and cost. I got the car towed in, and after MUCH longer than originally quoted, the job was finished.Sadly, not too long after the clutch seemingly went out again. Thankfully within the warranty window, so I had it taken back too AAA transmission. After being told that my driving was to blame and that this would only be covered this one time; the damage was caused because the pressure plate was not reinstalled correctly. Resulting in only half of the clutch being engaged.After fixing that problem I was excited to get my car back. I went in and was told the only odd new development was that the reverse lights on my car were always on while the car was running. I, being so done with waiting for my car, waved it off and drove home.Flash forward to today; my car is at a BMW dealership, being looked at by professionals for a wellness check, and they comment and look into the issue of the reverse lights. The always on lights were caused by the “reverse light switch” wire being caught between the transmission and clutch. Resulting in an on going grounding, which not only ruined the wiring and is going to cost an arm and leg to replace, but also caused damage to other systems due to the under current.In conclusion: I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO HERE! They not only rushed the first time around but the second as well and now I am paying the price. They do NOT care about you or your car. I only wish I could rate lower.Service: Transmission

I don’t know what his new transmission builder has going on, but customers returning more frequently & angry … but Keiths business just hasn’t been on point lately. high turn over rate, Yeah choose AAA if you want Your car to sit here for a month or more. this is coming from his nephew btw. Don’t do business with Keith & AAAService: Auto engine diagnostic
