Ms.Vicky was very patient and kind. I called her because we were going to be cutting it close to the time it closed and she said she would stay just a little extra for us to get there. Once upon getting there she was very helpful and professional and had a great sense of humor. She's very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable.
