“When I moved to Summerville some 14 years ago I seen the radio shack sign and the kid in me came right out .remembering all the old kits and things they used to offer,so first excuse I could make to visit I was there.anf it did not disappoint ,except now a middle aged grown man that still loved to tinker with all things electric and cool or all things sound ..It was like radio shack grew up with me because now it covered from tech to kids ,to middle aged men who love to fill the air with Bass and agrivate neighbors and blue tops.Some consider them to be pricy but they don't carry crap products their staff are no dummies and if they don't know the answer to your question you can bet they want the answer as much as you do and will stop at nothing to get an answer for you .I know staff on a first name bases and I'm not the only one there's a a ton of is that we know them and they know us city store with a small neighborhood feel .Keep up the great work guys your community loves you”

Pete helped me diagnose what was going on, then when the 1st answer didn't work. We tried a few other things. It ended up being that I needed a new ignition coil.
We had a whole adventure where the brittle plastic broke and a piece fell onto the sparkplug. Took like an hour of trying things. They let me borrow their wrench and 10mm. And a bunch of other tools trying to get that plastic out. Someone managed to help me and im forever grateful.
I spent like $100 getting my car fixed when every mechanic wanted $150-200 just to look at it. I could not be happier with my experience here (even if it was stressful at the time.)”

“My battery got drained in my truck because I left the lights on for a substantial amount of time while in the store. I didn't have jumper cables with me at the time. Luckily I was across the street from this store location, so I walked across and asked for assistance. After explaining my situation to customer service rep April, she agreed to provide me with a jump. I waited while she provided excellent service to the customers already in line and then she provided the jump as promised. She was very knowledgeable, and patient. As far as I'm concerned, she went above and beyond to help a customer in need. Simply OUTSTANDING customer support exhibited by April! Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful service!

“Arrived at O’Reillys on Redbank Road in Goose Creek in the middle of the night shortly before closing due to a failed headlight. Didn’t want to take the chance of being pulled over by the police and was assisted when I arrived by an associate named Connor who heloed me with choosing the correct headlight for my Tahoe. He provided the most excellent customer service and provided me with answers to concerns I had in regards to my headlights and vehicle .He was very polite & I’m very thankful that he was able to assist me and save me from a ticket !!! He definitely went above & beyond his call of duty that night and I’m forever grateful Thanks Connor.!!!You’re the best.!!!!!!!”
