Not helpful at all. They are the worst cricket store I have ever been to, and I have been a cricket member for 10+ years. The lady who was working didn't know anything. Couldn't help me transfer information from an old phone to a new phone. Zero stars.

Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer on Red Bank Road in Goose Creek is a great place to go for all things phones and wireless service at a good value. The staff here is very knowledgeable and makes everything to set up. Good experience coming here for phones each time.
