Every time I go into this store I get greeted and if I need help I can always find someone to help. The store is clean and well organized and I like that they don't close until 10pm.

Went and picked up medicine for myself and my husband. The pharmacist checked with me about one of my medications to make sure I knew to stop on before taking the new one.

Pretty reliable and fast.I do have to wait on some of the newer medications that still have a growing client base. I assume that is the case for most pharmacies.

I had an urgent care center send over a prescription to this location. I got there 2 hours later and was told that I would have to wait 20mins. The pharmacist came back to the window (looking tired and high) saying that my insurance card wasn't going through. I told her that I literally used the card at the urgent care center 2 hours ago and it does work. I told her to to cancel it. I went to Walgreens down the street, who had ZERO issues with my insurance card and filled my prescriptions in less than an hour. This location is horrible and needs to find competent workers.

The guy that works at this pharmacy is awesome, the rare occasions you get him. The rest of the staff is awful, including the young woman with the long fake eye lashes. So unfriendly and unnecessarily rude. Makes you feel like you’re presence is a burden to her, even after going out the way to be friendly on several occasions. She just stares at you like you’re stupid, and doesn’t say a word. Will close the window right in your face, and not even complete the order. If you have more than one prescription to pick up oh well if you get her or one of the others. Last chance at this pharmacy. I will make the drive to the next one. Find better staff CVS!

Why would they shut down their drive thru be closed during covid. Who wants to step foot inside a pharmacy where people are there to buy medicine because they're sick

Worst pharmacy ever as I write this review i have been on hold 34 mins trying to reach the pharmacy to ask why my prescription has been pending almost a week. I’m a diabetic I need my meds if they were so close to me I’d switch. Worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever seen.

After several months they still don't have the medications in stock. Waited for over an hour after they said by 20 minutes. CVS lacks customer service and could care less about their customers.

This is the worst CVS I've ever used. Everytime I am promised a prescription it's never ready. The trouble it takes to actually talk to a pharmacist is absurd. I've never gotten a prescription there without a problem. I refuse to go there again. The staff act like they have no idea what is going on. They are also rude and unapologetic. They need to make some changes.

The CVS store was clean and it had a sweet smell as you enter,... I came to CVS for the extra bucks care savings as I came to the register to check out and associate named Robin approach me with a vibrant attitude ready to help I asked her about the CVS savings and she said come here I'll help you and she helped me greatly when she was done I paid nothing. I appreciate her so much she has a great attitude good customer service etiquette I am a FBA person,... she also walk me through to sign up for the welcome care pass the membership and I am so glad she did and she treated me very nice I appreciate her and will be coming back at that location thank you Robin you are a great addition to CVS.

The pharmacy at this location is horrible. I don’t know if they’re chronically understaffed or what, but it consistently takes them 5+ hours to fill prescriptions. When you’re sick and don’t feel well, the last thing you want it to have to wait for hours to get your medicine. Other CVS locations are better— this one is the worst I’ve been to. I’m going to have to transfer my prescriptions to another location (or another chain altogether$. This pharmacy is a frustration every single time.

Almost every time I visit this location (my favorite), Robin (shift manager) greets me with a smile and welcomes me. She doesn’t just do that with me; she does it to everyone she sees walk in the front door. She always is willing to assist and is very professional. I highly recommend shopping at CVS, Goose Creek.
