Since moving to South carolina, the CVS by far has been the easiest to work with and always been on top of everything. Whoever trained and manages the pharmacy deserves a promotion as does everyone working in it

Tried checking on the status of a prescription. Was hung up on 4 times between 630 and 7pm, Friday nov.17. Not a dropped call, a hangup as I could hear the employees chatting in the background before the onvious sound of a handset being hung up. Went to the pharmacy, had 4 people behind the counter working, so not sure why they were so busy they had to hang up on customers.

Everyone at the pharmacy are very knowledgeable and kind despite other customers giving them a hard time over taking a lunch break. Yall keep up the good work and know you're appreciated!

Would give zero stars if it were possible to do so. This pharmacy consistently has issues, makes errors, and are always understaffed. Picking up prescriptions from here consists, on average, of standing in line for upwards of 25 minutes. The staff are rude, short-tempered, and egregiously lacking in customer service skills. When confronted with an error they made, expect to face ridicule and blatant uncooperativeness, and even then, don’t expect them to correct the problem.I’d recommend Publix’s pharmacy.

Said that all CVS on corporate Parkway is closing but we have switched to CVS Highway 78 in Ladson and love CVS app. Where are you can chat or order things that can be delivered‼

They do not care about taking care of their customers. They're always very miserable and rude. I now go to Walgreens down the street. They'll go out of their way to be nice and help you.

The pharmacists are rude. They call multiple times a day and have the medication ready 50% of the time. The hispanic pharmacist has caused me multiple issues pertaining to my medications. They rarely answer the phone within 10 minutes. try walgreens

Today I left my favorite pharmacy in all the cvs they treated me well but this pharmacy did not want to give me my antibiotics that my doctor sent them to that pharmacy only because I am Hispanic I gave them my passport and they told me that I had to have an ID american and the antibiotics were for the pain that I had I will never go back to that pharmacy

CVS on St James Goose Creek turn over time to fill RX is terrible. They told me 2 hrs it would be ready, it is 5 hours later they still not ready. They need to work on time management

Shorted me 30 pills for a controlled substance! Was super busy when filling also had more insurance issues and my prescription is usually free with insurance cost me $87 this time oh and did I mention HALF WERE MISSING!?!? Calling tomorrow to correct issue. I just noticed they were missing today it's been 2 days... do they not have a count that would be off at the end of the shift??? Especially for a controlled substance

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Every month there's a problem with my infants acid reflux medication not being filled even though it's supposed to be set up on automatic refill! They just say it's not and it won't be ready for awhile! So over this pharmacy! They don't answer the phone either. I always wait at least 20 minutes for them to answer. One day I was on hold for 20 minutes then called from another number and hit as of I was calling from a doctor's office and they answered that line within 3 minutes! More than annoying!!!

My prescription was sent in 48 hours in advance went to pick it up the next day, and was told it would be a addition 3 hour wait. I've never experienced such a lack of a customer time especially when they had the prescription 48 hours prior unreal. Worst experienced ever also tried to come in a little earlier for second covid shot was told it was impossible to due. Going to start using Walgreens maybe they are a little better with taking care of their customers.
