I love the CVS at Redbank Road by the Weapons Station. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy personnel are very knowledgeable and never hesitate to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. The store is always clean and well stocked which makes it easy to navigate the store and find what you need.

I arrive early for test. Window is closed for lunch. I park in parking lot. Time for my appointment. I pull around to drive thru. 5 cars in front of me. When I finally get there, said they were going to cancel. Even though I was there waiting in parking lot. Finally I take the nose swab. Doesn't fit in the vial. I place in the vial anyways. Now the test didn't take. No one at the window to answer about swab not fitting in vial. She just walked away. I expected someone to waiting while you test if you have any questions. The video does not say to break the q-tip to make it fit.

No working restrooms for customers, even employees need to drive somewhere else for restrooms.

This CVS on Red Bank Road in Goose Creek is a convenient and well managed CVS location that has everything that you need in a CVS and more. The location is very easy to get in and out of from all directions and has been there when I have needed it. Good experience every time I have been here.

Another Bad Experience met with an Attitude and overtalking! I paid for 3 prescriptions on the App for the pre-paid express pick-up. Hubby picked them up and a prescription was filled that I didn't request nor paid for. Isn't this a violation??!! I had to argue with a worker on the phone just so I could explain my dilemma. She insisted on overtalking me. I did not fill my Rosuvastatin nor did I pay for it (its a lot more expensive than my prescription). I don't want it.. I have a full bottle on my night stand.. I need my Naproxen, I just began walking unassisted yesterday after 19 weeks nwb with a Pilon Ankle Fracture. I have titanium plate and 10 long 5.5 inch screws. The swelling and pain is unbearable. I tried to reorder the Naproxen Sodium but the APP showed I wasn't eligible for a refill until 8/18, the last time ir was filled was 6/22. July was obviously skipped. We drove to the store to explain the situation, Gabby helped us. With Gabby's help, I was I was able to order my Naproxen Sodium. We trashed the Rosuvastatin since it's against the law to return prescriptions(Terrible waste of money and pills someone could benefit from.) I received a notification on the CVS app it's ready for pick up and it's billing me the same $15 I paid on August 3rd. GRRRRRR!! Can you imagine if the medication I needed was for a life threatening illness??!! Almost always an issue here. Time to transfer all of my business to another CVS. 6yrs of issues.

I exclusively use CVS pharmac6 for my prescriptions. This is by far the slowest CVS I've ever been to with the least friendly staff. Will definitely switch back to my home CVS on Ashley Phosphate.

Don't use them as much because they seem to be out of what I need every time I check the prescription in there. And for those of you out there you may not know but Walgreens has bought Rite Aid.
