The staff are always so nice and helpful with any issues or questions I may have. I sincerely appreciate Trish for all of her help! This was my first time getting a storage unit . I chose the Goose Creek location located next to the sunoco for convenience. I'm extremely glad I did . Trish went above and beyond . She was very helpful, nice, friendly and made my first time so easy and smooth . Trish answered all my questions and even when moving my belongings out yesterday. I knew exactly what to do and how the process was because of her . She is AMAZING! In the future if I need to store my belongings again , I will definitely go to the location because of Trish ! Thank you so much for all your kindness and help Trish !

I’ve been with the storage unit for about a year now and this is the second time they’ve increased my rent. I’ve contacted them multiple times about it and every time They say we will get back to you about it and they never do but wtill charge me the New amount when I first came in it was around 250 a month and now they want me to pay over $500 a month for no AC and no lights and no outlets in the unit. They told me they sent me a letter I check my mail every day I’ve gotten No Letters I contacted customer support and let him know. There are the units available in the area that is significantly cheaper for the same Size he told me that where they’re at as market value Highly recommend going to somewhere else Because it’s really weird that I had a fixed rate And all of a sudden, it doubles very disappointed in this please be cognizant of your money this is Charleston. There are thousands of storage units. There’s no way that this one is so special that they are significantly higher than the rest

If I could rate Trish and her service as 10 stars 🌟 I would! I was desperate to find some indoor housing for my baby Philomena (my chevy avalanche) and I found one final available unit at Trish's store. Not only did she go out and physically measure the space (in the heat) for a proper fit, but had me come down to the facility and let me look at it to see if I thought it would work.
The day was coming to a close when I was able to see the unit so I asked Trish to reserve the unit for me again for the next day. Trish did a new reservation and let me know it was first come, first serve, so I made a point to get there as soon as they opened. Guess what!!! The unit was still available. Even better....my truck fit perfectly 👌🏾 👍🏾 🥰. Trish was kind and patient and knew all the details to make me comfortable and to feel safe leaving my baby under their care. The facility is clean and orderly and I am so happy with the service I received. Trish is the BEST!!!! Thank you 😊
