Customer Service reps were rude. Also, hung up while I was trying to validate information and ask questions. Service repair was good, but will go back to my other glass service provider next time that provides better customer service.

Absolute worst experience possible. technician damaged vehicle while installing a new glass after breaking it during a repair attempt. This store takes no responsibility for their incompetent Technicians. Do not use this location. My neighbour had a very similar experience and will not go back or recommend this business.

Canceled 1st visit and had my car all day Saturday then tells me at 300 theyll get it done, I'm sorry you close at 5 its a 2 1/2 hr job.and never even looked at the glass for my car. Only to call at 330 and say the glass is no good, we can't do it, Go to nicks and cracks in St George. it's worth it!
