David, the office manager, has been excellent to work with. He is always courteous, helpful, and incredibly flexible when it comes to getting my vehicles—and my family’s vehicles—in quickly. I’ve even had two vehicles that needed to be towed in, and they were able to get them looked at and worked on right away.
We have European vehicles, which can be more expensive to maintain and repair, but Auto Repair Experts has always been very reasonable with their pricing. I’ve also had the opportunity to meet Parker, one of their mechanics, and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
After seven years of using them, I can honestly say that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Auto Repair Experts to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust. It’s hard to find a shop that provides great service, fair pricing, and genuinely cares about their customers. These guys check all the boxes!”

“Charleston Performance Solutions was fantastic to work with on our 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500! We brought in our truck after we swapped in a Summit Racing cammed motor and wanted some diagnostic help with the transmission as well as an overall check on the motor swap to give us peace of mind before it was back on the road. We also floated the idea of getting a dyno tune since we were having trouble getting the tune right ourselves. They gave us a great price and were incredibly considerate and understanding of our budget throughout the whole process. To help us save money, they had us do a quick clean on the transmission and fix up a few things before we started the clock on their labor for checking things over. They ended up even giving us some brake clean and letting us borrow a cordless tool free of charge so that we could get it done in the parking lot and avoid getting a tow to take it to our shop. They thoroughly checked it out and were great at communicating over email, then when we decided to get the tune as well they got it in quickly and worked with our schedule for pickup. I would recommend Charleston Performance Solutions to anyone, and we're so happy to have our truck back on the road and running so much better than it was when we dropped it off!”

“Steering wheel wobbled when I drove the car. Thought it was a tie rod but man at Auto Helpers said it sounded like a tire. It was the tire with separated steel belts. After a new tire car rode as smooth as glass. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“I've been coming here for years anytime I have any kind of issue with my tires. They are always very nice to me, and they never try to take advantage. If it's possible to patch it, they'll patch it. They won't talk me into something I don't need. They charge very reasonable prices for all of their services and are really the only reason this single mom has been able to keep her cars roadworthy. Bonus is that the wait time is usually low too, in and out. Best place in town. Thanks guys.”

“This place is a dream. They literally have everything you need to work on your car yourself or if you want to get help. You're going to save a lot of money doing it here especially when they have car lifts everywhere. Yes it can get busy but that's for a reason. They're really good at what they do. The staff was really friendly to me and explained everything when I first got there to register. I'm very thankful for this place, especially not having the tools necessary at times. If you're thinking about working on your car or doing something to upgrade it definitely check this place out.”

“Got there 1 hr before closing with emergency issue that had me on the side of the rd for almost an hour. They got my car in, found the bolt I needed fixed it, stayed late to do it and even gave me a discount bc I didn't have enough $. Amazing, simply amazing. Kailyn, Cameron & Austin literally saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars bc I live a hour and half away, a tow & Uber would've been big money.”

“Mechanic on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. I left my vehicle expecting it to take several hours for the work to be completed since the mechanic was the only one on duty. However, I received a call about an hour later saying my vehicle was ready. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely give future business to Tire Choice.”
“There prices are fair and if ur a walmart plus member u get special discounts. The employees are very friendly brice was very nice and patient. The service seems to take a lil while I brought my car in at 940 for a 10am appt and it took them a while to get 2 tires mounted and balanced and put on, approximately 3.5 hours. They have a nice waiting room with a tv while ur here if u dont want to walk around store. Its cheaper to order tires online then in store FYI. Tho they broke my valve stem with sensor and charged me for a whole new one”

“I called for a loose weather stripping around my windshield on my super duty. Luckily I ended up being very near to Chad who was finishing another glass replacement. He met me at BJ’s parking lot and fixed my weather stripping while my family and I were able to shop with the limited time we had with our infant. Will definitely be calling them in the future.”
