Palmetto Goodwill is a thrift store located off the main road at Saint James and Goose Creek. Customers often find a mix of good deals and overpriced items, with some expressing frustration over the lack of posted prices on many items and sections. Despite this, there are still bargains to be had, especially for those looking for materials for creative projects, like yard art. While some shoppers feel the store has declined in variety and that nicer items are sent to online auctions, others appreciate the convenience of late donation hours and accessible parking. Donations are readily accepted, and receipts are always provided. However, customers have mentioned challenges with items being relocated and the long wait times at checkout. Overall, Palmetto Goodwill remains a busy place with plenty of potential for treasure hunting, even if it has its ups and downs.
Frustrating lack of posted and/or stickered prices on many items and some whole sections. Some good deals can be found here. Like in many thrift stores, some items are way overpriced. They're often busy with lots of customers (good!), but it's sometimes not worth waiting in line just to ask what a price is.

Love goodwill but this one comes up with their own prices that are 3x more expensive. Finding books for 3-5 dollars or dvds 5$ and more. With 10 other goodwill to go to this one is losing my business big time. Shouldn't say dvds and books are 1-2 dollars while they are not
