“great facility with a good staff. always clean, use local radio for music, a/c works consistently. only true negative is that it is exclusively for card holding military service members, retirees and dependents. they do not allow sponsoring of one guest like every other installation. turned my son away because his id had expired, even though i was with him and i had my active duty id. no sponsoring.”

“Not as snazzy as its Summerville counterpart, but it gets the job done! While the Goose Creek location has just the basics like cardio machines and free weights, they're actually better compared to the ones in Summerville. For example, they have a Concept2 for erging, which is ideal for rowing, whereas the one in Summerville has a Stairmaster erg machine, which is an uncommon brand and doesn't have all the features that Concept2 has. If I need to go straight to working out, I'll just go to Goose Creek, but if I need a thorough warm up and recovery in the sauna, then I'll go to Nexton/Summerville.”

“Just signed up, mainly for the tanning. They have stand up tanning beds, lay down tanning beds if you do the black card which I recommend. You also get access to 2 different kinds of massage chairs. One that is hydro and then a regular one. The gym area is large, lots of machines and work out equipment. Front desk staff is friendly, and there is wifi. Will be coming back for sure!”
