It’s not convenient to be closed early on weekdays and on the weekends when the average pool owner has to work during the weekdays and need supplies on the weekends to work on pool projects. This may be costing a higher loss of profit.

Andy Draughn and crew of Paradise pool side hustle land scaping. ..build rock gardens & patios. Andy & his team came & did work for me destroying my lawn. Also did very shoddy work which caused my drainage to be blocked causing my back yard to flood destroying the work we paid him to do..... he was called when this happened ensuring me he'd be over on my day off to help fix the issue. He calls my wife the next day to back out. He didn't deliver on a water feature, a fire pit or mulching the flower beds....that were the finishes on this project. When approached about a refund he has refused stating the project was done in his opinion. I have tried having conversations with him to right this issue & just doesn't want to take ownership for what's taken place..... which is unfortunate. Photo added of the amount of water retained do to tarping between fence & garden, how he left my yard & the damage done to my front yard.As anyone can see the project was clearly NOT FINISHED

Love this store! Chelsea and Keith are very knowledgeable and have helped us keep our chemicals in check for years now. They offer any product we may need and if it's not in house, they can get it for us. Friendly staff, well stocked store.

Always helpful and knowledgeable.09.19.23 - just an update, had motor and strainer replaced on my filter system. Repairman was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job. Hats off to Keith and the entire staff. Five stars

No matter where you purchased your pool….GO HERE! Keith and the crew are awesome and they will help you out to make sure you get the best out of your pool and having it sparkling and clear.The quality of their products are also really great.Great customer service, great products, great (convenient) location….what else do you need?
