This place is a mess. The guys are rude and unprofessional. Associate Came banging on my door like he was apart of the Berkeley County Sheriff's Dept one evening demanding payment rudely.. only for me to inform him that they had already collected my payment via autopayment off my debit card and rudely asked if I had proof. I showed him on the app which he then told me to wait while he verified with his boss. Then his partner tried telling me some nonsense about my agreement I signed in which he wasn't even at work the day I came in to sign my agreement.In short... Avoid at all cost, it's not worth the headache.

Excellent service from the first phone call! Joseph and Josh were stellar, answering all my questions and making the arrangements for me to find and receive an electric recliner I needed for after major surgery. Highly recommend this store and the customer service!

I almost got into a car accident because one of your drivers almost hit me causing me to slam on my brakes and go to the other lane on red bank road. It doesn’t make the company look good when your drivers are reckless.

Pretty sad. Went here today because I need to file my taxes and wanted to be honest and not buy a computer from Walmart and take it back after I was done. Told the sales agent the situation asking for a used computer he told me I should of lied cause they are rent to own. So now he couldn’t rent to me. My mind is messed up… we are teaching society to lie, crazy to me—-a lie is a lie—— pink, blue l, white it don’t matter it Is a lie!!!!!
