When I came by, I waited for 7 minutes at the door before they opened the door. This happened an hr before they closed. There was a sign on the door stating that the agent was on break. I am assuming it was only one employee working. However, it wasn't a bad shopping experience.

It's gonna sound crazy but this store was interesting everyone who worked there had shinning personalities that matched their hair. I found what I needed but low key no ones gonna find this helpful but imma shoot my shot. To the beautiful woman with colorful hair and cat ears with a bell on it, with white and black socks, I called you beautiful I came in there twice by literal chance and missed being able to ask her for her number. Kinda sad about that but hopefully she sees this and reaches out to me gorgeous woman my isn't a is Crystal_Spade hmu ??? I hope she sees this.

New employees that will literally follow you around the store I was there for maybe 15min and the two employees which one was a manager birdoged me I went to another Isle and boom there she was and I was asked 5times if I needed help. I finally got kinda creeped out so on the 4th are you ok do you need anything I finally said No ma'am for the 4th time.I do not need anything if of I do I will ask for help. In 2min here comes her little partner gigging asking if I needed anything as she laughed. I just paid and left.I won't go back there. JS.

My wife went in there to buy the hairspray that she likes and they were out but she was informed that they hadn't unloaded their shipment yet, never mind that they weren't busy and no one offered to go to the back and check to see if there was any in there

Kylie was an amazing help for me today I had a hair dilemma over the weekend and needed to hurry up and fix it she went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed and made the situation a lot easier for me I definitely will continue to shop at the Goose Creek location

The lady helped me get all the things I needed to bleach my hair and she was so knowledgeable about hair! Such great customer service, she took her time to get me the things I needed, very happy with my experience!

Very nice young ladies but they know nothing about color. I think there should be at least one person in the store with hair experience since it is a beauty supply store.

Refused to honor their Love it or Return it policy. The dye didn't even show up so I wanted to return it, had the boxes and receipt from the day before. I spoke to 3 people at corporate that don't understand why they are refusing to do it and I have filed a formal complaint. At this point it is the principle and wasting my time. At one point she tried to say it's because I got the product at Summerville location not theirs, but the policy states you can return it to any store. Also when I called this store they at first said yes they would, then I mentioned Summerville wouldn't so then she changed he mind and said she wouldn't either. ?

They have no public bathrooms, but the selection of hair dye and other beauty accessories is large :)

Went to this location on Wednesday August 5, 2020 and the two ladies at the register yelled the store was closed at 6:00pm. The store hours clearly stated 10AM-7PM. The sales representatives, one white and the other black continued to count their registers as if I was not at the door and correct about the store hours. I took pics of the store being dark inside, indicating it was closed, and called another Sally’s location where I was told I was correct about the hours for the day and that was the store hours for every location.Not the first time this had happened but it’s getting to be ridiculous when you’ve driven miles away to be turned around by employees who fail to do right with the duties they agreed to at the time of hiring! Good luck going here with these two, but as for me......good riddance✌?

The employee there was super helpful in advising me what I would need to lighten and color my hair a pastel color. She was very patient with me.

New store hours state that you are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursdays. At 12:15 p.m. the store was still not opened. This was also the case the last time I tried to come. If the store is not going to be open you should really change your hours so that people do not drive all the way there only to be disappointed.

I walked in with the vague knowledge that box dye = bad and walked out with all the supplies and education for dying my hair myself with a gentler product specific to my personal preferences and hair quirks. The lady who helped me was just INCREDIBLE, and helped me find what I needed and understand how it worked even with my absolute novice ignorance on the topic. 11/10 will DEFINITELY be back!!!
