The pharmacy is so slow they don't care about getting meds to customers they need to close that store on st james. Cashiers upfront very friendly .management dont care how long it takes a pharmacy. Went to another walgreens always have scripts ready

If you have to call, call the store and have them transfer you. The pharmacists will not pick up the phone directly. This is the only workaround I have found for reaching them. Otherwise, you're forced to stand in line for thirty minutes. They are inadequately staffed and give preferential treatment to people inside the store. Do not go through the drive-through. They will not wait on you, and once you're in line you're pretty much stuck there for a very long time. The staff is discourteous and completely indifferent. If there is a delay in your prescription, you won't be given a reason why. You're told they are working on it and that it will be ready the next day or later that afternoon. Except it won't be. You'll stand in line another thirty minutes a few more times before you finally get your prescription (if you ever do).

Very unprofessional staff. I observed rudeness to customer. Talked about customer after they left!! Always leaves customers on hold 1/2 hour to an hour!

The pharmacy was so slow and sat on hold for over an hour and still nobody ever picked up...they take their time filling scripts....go somewhere else

The drive through pharmacy has not worked in over six months. This requires a trip inside which can expose you to Covid unnecessarily. Now that a new pharmacy has opened closer to home I requested my prescription be transferred. One week later I called my new pharmacy to see if it was ready. He informed me that they had not transferred it as yet an also told me that I was not the only one he was waiting on from this location.

If I could give a zero I would MOST DEFINITELY! Horrible service at the pharmacy. I was left on hold for an hour and 15 minutes. Called from my second phone and was told by the store there's no line at the pharmacy so no earthly reason why they're not answering. Horrible horrible service.

Heads up this Walgreens can't print on stiff board for photos. BUT. The assistant manager Corey tried his best to make it work, and when that didn't worked with me on a solution. Even though I was happy to substitute the stiff board for a regular poster, he didn't charge me due to the issue and wait when the printer was malfunctioning. Honestly he was so nice about it I would have paid despite the wait and issues. Very nice, professional, and helpful. 10/10 would use this Walgreens for printing again.

How long is a company going to not fix air conditioning in a store? They have two temporary units, one doesn't seem to function, with a bunch of melted chocolate on the shelf. I've never seen a company be so ambivalent to the well-being of customers and staff.
